Fatima Hasan is the founding member of Fiducia Law and focuses her practice on tax and succession planning for domestic and cross-border families, private wealth transfer strategies, pre-immigration planning,  asset protection planning, advising clients on business structures, and trust administration and probate matters. 

Fatima believes in building lifelong relationships with her clients based on trust, confidence, and reliance, and educates and empowers her clients to fully understand their plans and documents.
